Tim Taycher

Timothy Kyle Taycher (born 29 October 1987) was a member of the ASUN Elections Board from February 2007 – April 2007, was the Chair for Flipside Contemporary Issues from April 2007 – April 2008, Treasurer for the Young Democrats at the University of Nevada from September 2006 – February 2008. He is also a current Student Representative on the University Disability Resource Coalition serving under the Champagne and Ragsdale administration and pending reappointment by President Reilly, and Planning Committee Member of the College of Liberal Arts Student Advisory Board.

He is a member of Student Ambassadors of UNR, Young Democrats at the University of Nevada, Nevada Democratic Party, UNR Student Orientation Staff, Northern Nevada Students for Barack Obama, STAND: A Student Anti-Genocide Coalition, and former member of the Alan Bible Teaching Excellence Award Committee.

He worked at the ASUN Front Desk from November 2007 to May 2008.

Taycher started at the University of Nevada in August 2006 and is a declared dual International Affairs (Diplomacy, Law, and Organization Track) and Sociology Major and a Holocaust, Genocide and Peace Studies Minor. He graduated with Honors from Las Vegas Academy of International Studies, Performing and Visual Arts (LVA) as an International Studies Major, French Concentration.
